Right now, we know for a fact that the game will happen. However, we have no confirmation of the release date. The game might suffer some delays because of the current situation around the globe – the coronavirus pandemic. We are waiting for Ubisoft to give an official statement.
What about the gameplay?
The action of the game will happen in a particular village called Viking Village. You will move around the kingdoms of England, and you will also battle the Saxons. There are also new updates with which you’ll be able to customize the buildings. We might even get some side games, such as fishing hunting and drinking games.
The storyline of the game
The action of the game is set around the 19th-century era of England. We will see Viking soldiers going Norway for the succession in England’s shore. That’s where awaits the Saxons Kingdom, which was established in England everywhere.
You will have to choose between two protagonists.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will ask you if you want to choose a male or female protagonist. This is quite the change from what we’ve seen previously in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
In a 2019 title from Ubisoft, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, we’ve seen an Easter egg in the form of a poster, which teased the next Assassin’s Creed game, Valhalla. In the poster, there’s an image of a Viking dressed the way as the Assassins of the previous titles from the series are. It’s holding the Apple of Eden one of the isu artifacts which were featured in the Assassin’s Creed series.
