Though Disney Plus is a very new name in the video streaming industry, it already made quite the reputation for itself as it is the go-to choice for fans of Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, and Marvel.
You might find yourself among them, but still don’t get carried away by the flow as Disney Plus is still new and undergoes occasional problems.
There are several reports of glitches and errors experienced by uses, including the login button not functioning. When you click Log in, nothing occurs. It only turns gray, but nothing is loading.
There are a few ways to fix that so you can go on and enjoy your favorite shows.
Solving The Problem
One common fix for the login button is scrolling down a bit until it gives you the option to sign up. At that point, click the login button as you would normally do, and, in many cases, that does the trick!
If you are using it on Mac, use Finder to open the Mac App Store. Click on Updates from the left-hand side tab. Click on the Update button located on the side of the Disney Plus app. Alternatively, you can tap the Update All button to update all apps.
The platform is still new, so security and stability aren’t yet fully guaranteed, meaning that you’ll have to be looking out for updates to keep it running as it should.
Ultimately, if you are on Android or iOS, you can simply uninstall the Disney Plus app and reinstall it.
