Fans of the game need to be ready because we come with great news. Doom: Eternal will be the sequel to the 2016 Doom game. We are talking about the fifth game of the DOOM series.
We all know how popular that series is. It seems that we’re all looking forward to seeing the story of this game, and we want to know if it would recreate the success of DOOM. According to the first reviews, we think it does a pretty good job.
So when is the release date?
We learned about the release date some time ago. The anticipation was really high. The game was released on the 20th of March, 2020 and it met great success from the very beginning. We can play the game on PlayStation 4, Windows, Xbox One, and Stadia. They are currently working on a Nintendo Switch version.
The plot of the game
It’s very similar to its predecessor – it’s a first–person shooter. You will enter the world game as The Doom Slayer. It continues with the “push forward” gameplay – you will have to get health and ammo and fight your enemies. You also get access to a wide range of arms, and it comes with several multiplayer modes. We are sure that the overall gaming experience is now even better.
The plot of the game starts eight months after the destruction of Mars. The world is now full of demonic forces that are controlled by Union Aerospace. Humanity is in crisis, and the only hope is The Doom Slayer. He will need to kill three hell priests: Degas Nilox, Rank, and Grav. He will also need to go through hell in order to achieve his goal. We believe this game is really worth our time.
