The Pablo Escobar era is long gone; we only have books, stories, and movies about it. However, a member of the Escobar family decided to make history in another way than Pablo and his drug cartels. Roberto Escobar, Pablo’s brother, is realizing the next foldable smartphone called Escobar Fold 1. For some of us, the Escobar name is new in the tech industry, but this is not Roberto’s first attempt.
Roberto Escobar Is Trying to Write History in the Tech Market
Roberto Escobar has tried to enter the tech world at the beginning of 2019 with a flamethrower. Roberto has serious and ambitious plans for the future, so he started to work and develop the next foldable that will beat Apple and Samsung’s following foldable. The next Escobar Fold 1 will look similar to the device released by Samsung, the Galaxy Fold. The phone will unfold into a tablet because of the flexible screen.
However, what is more interesting is the fact that Escobar is after Apple and not Samsung. He wants to launch a product that will beat Apple’s one in every form possible. Also, the incredible thing that Roberto Escobar wants to do is filing a class-action lawsuit against the company from Cupertino next year.
Escobar Fold 1 to Compete With Apple and Samsung
We know that Escobar Fold 1 will run with Android 9 and an octa-core with 2.8 GHz. The smartphone will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series and a dual-camera with 16MP and 20Mp sensors. The screen is coming with AMOLED full HD+ and 7.8 inches, and 128 GB and 512 GB internal storage.
Finally, Escobar Fold 1 will be compatible with all the networks of the world, and it will come at prices between $350 and $500 depending on the internal memory you choose. The material used for Roberto Escobar’s device is hard plastic, hard to break, and much stronger than the Samsung Galaxy Fold.
