But from the moment you enter a restricted area, your wanted level will get to four stars, and the police will come after you. So you will need to be quick. The best way to steal a jet is to fill up Trevor’s special meter, get a helicopter and go very high in the sky over Fort Zancudo. Keep in mind that if you’re high enough, you will not trigger the alarms. After you do that, go down into the base. You need to get to the hangar that’s adjacent to the runway. There will always be a jet inside. Make sure you activate Trevor’s special when you hit the ground. After that, the best thing you can do is simply leave. You should be able to take off when you clear the hangar.
