Restart the device

Clear Data and Cache

- Tap on three dots and select the ‘Show system apps’ option.
- Scroll down, find ‘Download Manager’ and select it.
- Disable and Force Stop to shut down the app.
- Select OK on the prompt for confirming the action.
Check Date & Time Settings
Last but not least, you can check out the date and time settings for your device. If they aren’t in accordance with reality, the Google Play Store may not work properly. Here’s how to check:
- Head into your Settings menu, and then go to General Management.
- Tap on the Date and time option.
- Ensure you have selected the right Time Zone then toggle on Automatic date and time.
Find a suitable alternative
