Recently, Google released a two-month free trial for its Google Stadia Pro gaming service. Starting today (April 9), the offer is available for Canada and 13 other regions. Gamers have only 48 hours to get such an offer. Google’s decision came after the current pandemic situation, forced people to self-isolate at home.
Google Offers 2-Month Free Trial of Google Stadia Pro
Google confirmed Canada as one of the regions on its list for the two-month free trial. The offer includes nine games, Destiny 2: The Collection, Thumper, GRID, and many others. And, if you buy one of the games, it will remain in your game library even if you cancel your Stadia Pro subscription.
Such a thing would usually cost you $11.99/month. Also, you can enjoy more of the gaming service if you’re already a Google Stadia Pro subscriber. Google won’t charge you for the following two months.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Google adjusted the Stadia bandwidth. So, gamers can stay at home and enjoy the best gaming experience so far. “To reduce the load on the Internet further, we’re working toward a temporary feature that changes the default screen resolution from 4K to 1080p,” reads Google’s statement.
