An Iron Man VR demo could be prepared to launch on PlayStation Store, a report noticed on the Twitter account of @PSNRelease claims. PNSRelease is a bot that finds PlayStation Store’s new products as soon as they are included in Sony‘s systems, which is a long way ahead of their official reveals.
Marvel’s Iron Man VR was scheduled to be released last month on February 28th but was delayed, with the exclusive launch on PlayStation VR now set to take place on May 15th. he title is preparing to be one of the biggest games for the PlayStation 4 console in 2020, and now it seems like a playable demo could be on its way.
The Twitter account recently unveiled Resident Evil 3′s remake, which was later officially announced in the December’s State of Play, as well as Star Wars: Project Maverick from EA’s Motive Studios.
Iron Man VR’s Release Date
The Iron Man VR demo showed up on the Asian PlayStation Network with the ID CUSA18303, a significant hint about a global release that will happen soon.
The title is a PlayStation exclusive, and it was delayed at the end of January as the developer Camouflaj was in need of more time ‘in order to deliver on our vision and meet the high expectations of our amazing community.’
“Tony Stark has retired from making weapons and instead creates technology used to battle evil as Iron Man,” explains the synopsis of the game. “After several years as a world-famous Super Hero, Tony is attacked by the mysterious Ghost, a hacker and anti-corporate activist who repurposes old Stark Industries weapons. In her efforts to topple his empire, Ghost attacks Stark’s corporate locations around the world, leading to ever-escalating stakes and a final showdown.”
At the moment, neither Sony nor developer Camouflaj has confirmed a demo is being launched, so there is no way of knowing whether it will release on or before the official launch of the Iron Man game in May.
