This game was developed by Crystal Dynamics, and it will soon be available for gamers all around the globe. Square Enix is ready to offer an adventure game for all of the MCU fans out there. Marvel’s Avengers is based on the MCU comics, Avengers. However, it is quite different from its other media adaptations, because it is not set in the MCU timeline, and will actually follow the A-Day incident. We have seen an 18–minute demo of the gameplay – which is now live – and it includes opening scenes with the significant characters and the playable introductions. Here is all we know so far.
So when is the release date?
Fans cannot wait for the game to be released, but the good news is that we won’t have to wait long. The game will be released on the 4th of September 2020, it will be available for Xbox One, PS4, Google Stadia, and PC.
The original release date was set for May 2020. However, the pandemic has changed the plans and shifted the release date. Right now, we surely hope that there won’t be another delay and that in two months we will get our hands on the game.
What about the gameplay?
Marvel’s Avengers will follow the story happening on A-Day. Our heroes were celebrating the opening of their new headquarters when terrorists attacked them, which led to Captain America’s death and the city destroyed. The group was blamed for everything that happened, so they were forced to lose their positions. However, five years later, a teenager called Kamala Khan is ready to find out the truth behind the attack and to find out who is responsible for the death of Captain America.
Who will we see in the game?
We will probably see almost all the characters from the MCU. You will be able to play as Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Bruce Banner, Black Widow, and Kamala Khan. Don’t forget to watch the trailer to see what you will play in September.
