HMD Global succeeded last year to hit a major milestone. It was the first company to announce a flagship smartphone with an incredible penta-lens camera module. Nokia 9 PureView created quite a fuzz, but unfortunately, it didn’t prove its best. The camera performance didn’t turn out to be what most of us expected. Also, the smartphone was powered by dated specifications, including a Snapdragon 845 SoC. Since then, we only witness the release of some reports that suggested a next-gen of Nokia PureView. Rumors, too, got their round of attention, as they’ve brought our interest in what the future of the next PureView series might hold.
However, there are recent reports that intrigue us. They unveil that the next flagship smartphone could arrive with various monikers in the past—also, Nokia 9.3 PureView and Nokia 7.3 might be launched sometime in Q3 2020.
Nokia 9.3 PureView Speculated Features
Recent speculations suggest that the Nokia 9.3 PureView might arrive with a display that has a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone could be perfect for high-end gaming and other intensive tasks. As for its performance, the smartphone is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 SoC. It could, as well, to be released as an Android One device running on Android 10 out-of-the-box.
Some speculated camera features include a penta-lens camera setup with 108MP main lens and 48MP for selfies and video calls. Other information about Nokia 9.3 Pureview is still unknown as HMD Global preferred to remain silent.
Nokia 9.3 PureView Color Variants Leaked
A few days later, Juho Sarvikas, the Chief Product Officer at HMD Global, has hinted at what color variants we can expect from Nokia 9.3 PureView. He realized a poll on Twitter, asking the color expectations of fans for the alleged smartphone in the making. He detailed that he likes Polar Night colors and bolder, copper-like, gold color variant. So, Nokia 9.3 PureView might start a trend by featuring more daring colors.
