Pokémon Go Just Made Our Lives Easier Inside Our Homes

The creator of Pokémon Go, Niantic, has done its part in keeping players inside their homes due to the coronavirus pandemic. They made the game easier to play without leaving their homes. The developer has talked about the updates, which will make the game easier to play in individual settings. “While we have made these updates based on the current global health situation, we also encourage players to make decisions on where to go and what to do that are in the best interest of their health and the health of their communities.”

Because of the spread of the new coronavirus, which is a pandemic, health officials are asking people to remain in their homes. If they do need to go out – if they must – they need to be six feet away from other people, where it is possible.

How Niantic changed the game to make our lives easier inside

As we already know, Pokémon Go is supposed to be a social experience, which requires players to go outside and look for some specific locations. The new updates coming from Niantic include an increase in habitats and, also, pokéstops that are meant to drop gifts at a higher frequency. The update also comes with incense packs, which can ramp up spawns. They will also increase the efficiency of the incubators in order to hatch the eggs twice as fast.

The updates are already here, and they will remain here until further notice. Of course, they would not keep all the people inside, but they are supposed to make our lives easier inside. Make sure you stay home as much as you can and leave your house only if you must.
