Fans have heard more about Pokemon Go. We are talking about two upcoming (and totally unannounced) ticketed events happening in-game next month. These would be the second and the third global ticketed events after October’s A Colossal Discovery Special Research. This event granted early access to the next EX Raid boss. The entry fee was £8, but we cannot say that we were impressed.
The first soon-to-make-it-appearance event is called “A Drive to Investigate”, and it is set for March 22. The tickets come with a description: “A ticket to access the ‘A Drive to Investigate’ special event on March 22, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time, wherever you are. Details can be found in the in-game News.”
The reference from the event of the name shows that the event will make its appearance with Genesect, the unreleased Gen 5 Mythical, which is able to change its attacks by taking into account which type of computer drive item it carries. Genesect is also a good choice for the next EX Raid boss.
The second event that’s soon to be released is called “Investigating Illusions.” It will make its appearance on Community Day, on March 15. Community Day is made for communities to come together and play. This will mark the first time a paid add-on has been shown this way. The description says: “A ticket to access the ‘Investigating Illusions’ bonus Special Research for Abra Community Day on March 15, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, wherever you are. Details can be found in the in-game News.”
