It seems like the Rainbow Six Siege Steel Wave update will be released next week an all platforms. We’ve got this info from a new Twitter post from Ubisoft. However, there is no clear release date yet. There are many details on the internet about the expansion, including the two new operators that are coming to the game, which will boost some unique abilities.
Ubisoft has also promised its users a new map and new gadgets. In another Twitter post, they stated: “How will you breach into the new and improved House? Operation Steel Wave launches soon.” We might get new information during the PC Gaming Show, as well.
If we are to take a look at the previous updates, we expect to see the new r Rainbow Six Siege Operation to arrive on the 16th of June 2020. However, fans will still need to keep an eye on the company’s social media accounts because there are many delays happening due to the new coronavirus outbreak and the lockdowns.
For starters, we know that Melusi and Ace will be the next operators which will be added to the game. They will also be available to those of you who bought the latest R6 Pass first.
With regards to the new operators, Ubisoft stated: “New Operators arrive, with gadgets that are sure to change the flow of every match they participate in. A new NIGHTHAVEN recruit, Ace, swoops in to join the Attackers, while the Defenders gain a new teammate in Melusi, an Inkaba Task Force ranger.”
