It seems that Sony is all about change these days. Call of Duty WWII came as a surprise addition, which was released earlier than expected. We are soon going to get another one of these amazing additions.
But we will need to wait a few more days before we can actually download Call of Duty WWII. We’re talking about the PlayStation Plus version of Star Wars Battlefront 2. We know all about its controversy back in 2017, but developers have worked really hard to change the game on all platforms. We’ve learned that the original microtransaction system has been replaced, and a lot of free content has been released on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. There are also new maps weapons and characters that you need to get your hands on as soon as possible.
Don’t forget to download Star Wars Battlefront 2 on the 2nd of June, because it will surely help you a lot by getting it earlier than expected. However, we have one teeny–tiny problem. EA has announced that the support for the game will continue, but that they will not offer us regular updates.
The team stated: Since launch, we’ve brought new content in the form of free updates to the entire player base, delivering immersive Star Wars battles you can play solo, with friends and against others across the entire Skywalker Saga. Looking beyond April, we’re transitioning to a phase where the servers in-game challenges, recurring events such as Double XP and more, and game support will carry this broad and rich Star Wars gaming experience into the future.”
